TASTING NOTE
This Champagne is 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay. It has a great, open nose of sweet butter and even a touch of orange peel. On the palate, it has an array of toasted brioche, Gala apple, lemon zest, graphite and ginger, with a touch of honey. This is a bright, easygoing Champagne for any party!
