Hong Kong Local Shipping :

- Delivery 365 days Monday to Sunday. 

- Free Delivery for Order over $1,000 or Delivery Charge HK$80.00 delivery charge on order below HK$1,000.00

- Stairs fees charge in some address without elevator or Customer can be collect in the ground floor.

- Delivery Time : 9am - 1pm | 1pm - 7pm* 

(Delivery times are indicative and maybe delayed due to traffic and weather conditions)

- We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and for outlying islands only Tung Chung and Ma Wan.

Delivery Partnership :

We partner with SF Cold Chain to delivery in their chilled refrigerated trucks to your home or office. 

You can track your order throughout the delivery process and the driver will call you to confirm delivery before they arrive.

We reserve the right to charge storage fees at our prevailing rates in the event that you fail to receive the ordered products within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation not arising from our faults. In such case, you are required to settle any outstanding fees before you can collect your order.

In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.

當八號或以上颱風信號或黑雨警告懸掛時，送貨服務將會暫停。在這種情況下，我們會聯繫您重新安排交貨日期和時間。

如果並非因我們的錯誤而導致您未能於訂單確認通知日期兩星期內收取貨品，我們保留向閣下按我們現行服務費用收取儲存費用的權利。在此情況下，您必須先付清相關儲存費用方可取貨。

如有任何爭議，我們保留最終的決定權。
