「Blanc de Blancs」秉承了 Perrier-Jouët 香檳經典特色，酒體活潑明亮並封存區內最上乘的Chardonnay 的精華，配上了15%的珍藏酒混調，放在酒窖裡三年才推出巿場，充份展現出迷人的檸檬、青蘋果、柑橘、白野花等氣息，餘韻細膩高雅。
這是繼Belle Epoque後第二款Blanc de Blanc，與品牌中的其他香檳截然不同。特別設計的香檳瓶身剔透亮麗，能從瓶外欣賞到精緻的淡金色香檳。淡金色香檳略呈翠綠，散發出林間野花與柑橘之清香，入口清爽且輕淡怡神。瓶身上的品牌標記加入一抹高雅金調點綴，標誌著前所未有的全新品酒體驗。

Winemaker's Notes
Perrier-Jouët’s Cellar Master Hervé Deschamps uses solely Chardonnay in this exceptional new cuvée, a true and unadulterated expression of the emblematic grape variety at the heart of the Perrier-Jouët House style.
This Champagne is made by selecting and blending Chardonnays from the best terroirs across the region. Hervé adds a touch of reserve wines (up to 15% from the last three vintages), and the Champagne is aged for three years on the lees in the House’s Epernay cellars. A very light dosage of 8g/ltr is the final touch, creating a Champagne dancing with freshness, lightness and vitality.
