Quintescence of the Verzenay Pinots Noirs on the locality "les Perthois". The vinification of this red grape carried out without malolactic fermentation, partly in oak barrels from the forest of Verzy. This technique sublimates the great character of this wine.

Nose: Powerful fruity and spicy Pinot Noir.
In the mouth, we find the fruits of the orchard but also exotic notes adding complexity. Champagne very generous aperitif and meal.
