The grapes were hand picked and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Ages in stainless steel or big oak barrel depending on the vintage.
of very ripe peach are pervaded by damask-rose perfume. The palate is rich and even more rosy, textured and round. Phenolic elements set up a pleasantly bitter counterpoint to the sweetness. The finish is rich, lasting and medium-dry.
